Dashboards and Projects
When you sign in to Visibilitas, you land on your organization's AI Visibility dashboard: a GEO-first summary of how often your brand gets cited when your tracked prompts are sent to Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini, with the classic SEO numbers sitting underneath as supporting detail. From there, the projects list is where you manage every site your organization tracks, and each site has its own project overview page that summarizes its health and links into the deeper SEO and GEO tools.
Together, these three views answer the same question at three levels of zoom: how the whole organization is doing, how each site compares to the others, and what one specific project needs attention on right now.
The organization dashboard
If your organization has no projects yet, the dashboard shows a getting-started panel instead of numbers: three steps (crawling your site, probing AI models with your tracked queries, and surfacing content gaps) plus an Add your first website button (or a note to ask an admin, if you lack permission).
Once a project exists, the page leads with a GEO Citation Score out of 100, averaged across your projects for the last 30 days, alongside your overall share of voice and a breakdown of how often Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini each mentioned your brand in their answers.
Below that sits a grid of project cards ranked by score, each linking into that site, followed by supporting SEO tiles (keywords, rank, backlinks, crawls). A separate Insights page in the navigation offers a customizable, widget-based version of this same organization view, with a date-range picker and drag-to-reorder layout.

Your projects list
The projects list shows every site your organization tracks; each project follows a single primary domain along with its own keywords, crawl history, and GEO prompts. A search box lets you filter by name or domain, and a status dropdown narrows the list to Active, Pending verification, or Archived. Results are paginated at 12 per page.
Each card shows a health score once a crawl has produced one, a checkmark or warning icon for whether the domain is verified, and the relative time of its last crawl. A project younger than 30 minutes with no crawl yet shows a pulsing Setting up… badge instead of a blank score, so you know it's still initializing. An Open project button takes you into that project's overview page.
With permission to create projects, a New project button starts the single-domain setup flow, and a Bulk import button is available for adding several domains at once; without that permission, you can still browse and open existing projects.

A project's overview page
Opening a project takes you to its overview page, a summary of that one site before you dive into a specific tool. Across the top sit four stat tiles: the project's GEO citation score out of 100 with its share-of-voice percentage underneath, its site health score, the number of tracked keywords, and its AI mentions: how many tracked-query answers across Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini actually cited the brand in the last 30 days.
Below the stats, an Explore this project section lists every part of the project as its own card, each tagged with the sub-pages behind it: GEO covers site readiness, tracked prompts, competitors, and citations; SEO covers issues, keywords, competitors, and backlinks; and separate cards lead into Website Traffic, Content, Reports, and Project settings. Clicking anywhere on a card opens that section.
Because the GEO score and AI mentions figures use the same fixed 30-day window as the GEO section itself, the numbers on this overview page always match what you'll see if you open that section directly, since there's no separate calculation to reconcile.
