Reports
Visibilitas turns your crawl, keyword, backlink, competitor, and GEO citation data into polished, downloadable reports. Reports come in two flavors: organization-wide reports that roll up every active project, and project-scoped reports that drill into a single site's SEO, keywords, backlinks, competitors, or LLM citations.
Every report is generated on demand as a branded PDF, and the underlying numbers are assembled alongside it as CSV files for further analysis in a spreadsheet. If you'd rather not run reports by hand, you can set up a delivery schedule so a report is emailed to your team automatically.
Organization-wide reports
From the top-level Reports page, which isn't tied to any single project, you can generate the Executive summary template, a portfolio view across every active project in your organization. It rolls up headline metrics such as your number of active projects, total tracked keywords, and average health score, followed by a table of every project's domain, health score, and last crawl date, plus a list of recent analysis runs with their critical and warning issue counts.
This page is also where you set up and monitor report delivery schedules (covered below), listing every scheduled report your organization has configured along with when it last ran and when it's next due.
Generating a report is a single click: pick a template card and select Render PDF. The file downloads straight to your browser as soon as it's ready: there's no waiting page for on-demand reports. Viewing this page and its project-level counterpart requires the reports.export permission on your role.

Project reports
Every project has its own Reports tab, scoped to just that site. It offers five of the six templates: everything except the organization-wide Executive summary, which only makes sense at the portfolio level. Available here: Full SEO audit (every crawled page, every issue, every signal), Keyword performance (rank trends, an opportunity finder, and intent breakdown), Backlink profile (new, lost, and toxic backlinks with anchor-text distribution and disavow recommendations), Competitor comparison (side-by-side metrics plus keyword and content gaps), and GEO citation report (how often your brand is cited in LLM answers, share of voice, sentiment, and sample excerpts).
Rendering works the same way as the organization page: choose a template and click Render PDF to download it immediately. Below the template picker, a report history table records every report generated for this project (the template used, its status, and when it was created), so you can confirm a report ran or check back on when something was last generated.

Scheduling & exporting reports
Instead of generating reports by hand, you can schedule any of the six templates to run automatically from the organization-wide Reports page. Choose a template, a delivery frequency (weekly, biweekly, monthly, quarterly, semiannually, or annually), and a comma-separated list of recipient email addresses, then save the schedule. Visibilitas checks for due reports every ten minutes, so a schedule you just created will fire close to its actual due time rather than waiting on a fixed daily check.
Each scheduled report appears in a table showing its template, frequency, recipients, whether it's enabled, and its last run and next run timestamps. Use Run now on any row to trigger an immediate, out-of-cycle delivery without waiting for the schedule, which is useful for confirming recipients or sending a report ahead of its normal cadence. When a scheduled report fires, each recipient receives their own email with the rendered report.
Every report, scheduled or on-demand, also assembles its underlying data (pages, keywords, backlinks, competitors, or citations) as CSV files alongside the PDF, so the numbers behind each chart and table can be dropped into a spreadsheet. As with the pages themselves, creating, viewing, or running reports requires the reports.export permission.
